Born on February 28, 1993, in St. George's, Grenada, Victor grew up in La Femme, St. David as the eighth of 11 children. He credits his faith and family for instilling the values that guide his success.
Athletic Achievements
Victor's athletic journey began at Benedictine College in Kansas, where he set records in the decathlon, javelin, and discus. He later transferred to Texas A&M University, becoming a two-time NCAA Division I decathlon champion and setting a collegiate outdoor decathlon record with 8,539 points.
Representing Grenada, Victor has competed in three Olympic Games (2016, 2020, 2024), winning a bronze medal in the decathlon at the 2024 Paris Olympics. He also earned bronze at the 2023 World Championships and claimed gold medals at the Commonwealth Games in 2018 and 2022. He has emerged as one of the world's premier multi-event athletes, earning accolades globally. In recognition of his outstanding contribution to sport, he was awarded the Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by His Majesty the King of England in 2024.
